Matt Dyer has worked in every area of market research, beginning as an interviewer at FDS in 1987, recruiting, interviewing and project managing at City Research Associates, IFF, Derived Knowledge and since 2003 running The Telephone Unit.
Suzanne Xavier also began her research career at FDS in 1987 and has worked for numerous research agencies both in the UK and in the United States. Suzy is a very experienced recruiter, interviewer and project manager and has been instrumental in the success of The Telephone Unit.
